We were looking at something more expensive, but after the salesperson heard our concern, he directed us to the (less expensive) Brio+ model. This turned out to be great advice. The other chair from another company, which we will not name, was clumsy and kind of brutal.
This newest “family member” is PERFECT for us, and we got really appreciated the accurate advice and coaching from this store. We even named our chair Ray, which is short for Ray O. Sunshine. Thanks for the super advice and great product.
